Job Description

The role is a Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in Building Design Projects in all project management duties. The candidate shall be delegated to work on complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, design teams, and contractors. Support in managing, planning, and overseeing the projects day-to-day activities and progress through the projects lifetime.

The duties are extended to include all the project management areas of knowledge and project pre-contract activities such as initiation, scoping, planning, design, tendering, support construction, costing, scheduling, quality and ensuring compliance with project and company objectives and goals.

The candidate must have satisfactorily building architecture design experience and project management knowledge. He/she must have strong personality and written/oral communication skills in English language.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Project Management Certification (preference)
  • 5-7 years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management.

Area of Knowledge (Must)

  • Building Architecture Design and experiences
  • Design Management and design reviews and compliances.
  • Building Project design/construction stages, general methodologies, and terminologies.
  • Project Management and planning.
  • Progress/Technical writing, reporting and correspondence.
  • Building Specifications / Standards.
  • Consultancy Services Agreements
  • Type of Construction Contracts

Key Software Knowledge

  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Sketchup
  • Bluebeam/Adobe acrobat
