Job Description

Job Role:

Supports project management operations through comprehensive administrative and coordination functions.

Key responsibilities include documenting project communications via meeting minutes preparation, coordinating project schedules and generating Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) reports, maintaining letter logs and correspondence monitoring systems, and providing analytical support for management reporting requirements. This role ensures effective project communication flow, maintains accurate project documentation, and assists senior management with data-driven decision making through report preparation and administrative oversight.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Assistant or administrative support work
  • Experience working with senior management (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
