Role Description

Job Purpose:

To execute the full spectrum of project management of assigned projects

in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines

and procedures, and ensure that all projects meet planned budgets,

time schedules and approved quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide the required leadership to enable the project team to

Execute the design services to any assigned project effectively and

efficiently, and drive decision-making to the lowest level

possible.

If required, assist/act as the Client's main contact with the

Company and is responsible for maintaining an effective and

professional relationship with the Client. Agreement management

and administration are an important part of the job description.

Establish the project's objectives, coordinate with the

concept designers, and ensure that the goals are met.

Maintain/assist supervision and control over the internal project

budgets,

Assist in floating, managing, and evaluating subconsultants tenders.

Assist in defining the roles and responsibilities of different team

members for all projects assigned to the incumbent. Manage and

coordinate the design input of external design team members and

sub-consultants.

Assist with business development. Assist with project fee proposals

and participate in the marketing endeavors.

Apply the different areas of PM knowledge in the right rigor to the

assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - AUC Graduate is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • 1-3 Years Experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
  • Experience with inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance standards
  • Understanding of logistics management to effectively oversee operations related to project resources
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team within an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is advantageous
