Assistant Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Project Manager will collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth execution of projects. Daily tasks include coordinating project schedules, expediting project deliverables, managing logistics, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and inspection standards. The role also involves close communication with stakeholders to assist in meeting project timelines and objectives.

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery and coordination of project components.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Experience with Inspection processes and ensuring compliance to quality standards.
• Understanding of Logistics Management for efficient transportation and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or training in project management are an asset.
• Familiarity with the printing or visual branding industry is a plus.
