We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with strong experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring all deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations. Handled projects such as Hospitality, Mixed Used, School and Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in delivering PMC services across all project phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to support project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets and flag deviations.
- Help manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change orders.
- Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain project records.
- Support in ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and HSE requirements.
- Track construction activities and assist in resolving site issues promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and contracts to verify alignment with scope and standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and inspection processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 years of relevant experience in a Project Manager or site coordination role.
- Proven experience in PMC environment (client-side or consultancy-side).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycle, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure on multiple projects
