Our recruitment team plays a pivotal role in identifying exceptional talent from around the world and bringing them into Mace. This role will support the continued growth Mace is experiencing across the Middle East by attracting skilled professionals into new and existing positions while partnering closely with key stakeholders to meet both internal resourcing and external recruitment needs. You'll be responsible for:
Seeking and sourcing the best talent in the market from competitors and relevant organisations.
Identifying candidates with the appropriate skills, experience, and behaviours aligned to recruitment requirements.
Proactively identifying internal talent and promoting internal mobility opportunities.
Utilising a broad range of sourcing methods, including social media, CV databases, internal systems, and external talent platforms.
Generating high-quality referrals by promoting internal opportunities and recognising strong internal talent.
Providing constructive, timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the process.
Supporting prospects and bidding activity by pipelining talent for unsecured or future roles.
Partnering with hiring managers and recruitment managers to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring effective use of the applicant tracking system.
Ensuring full compliance with hiring policies, right-to-work requirements, and approval processes.
Drafting compelling job adverts ready for posting to the external market.
You'll need to have:
Recruitment experience.
Screening, interviewing, and offering experience.
Usage of applicant tracking system.
Sound technical/functional subject matter expertise (SME) in the Talent Acquisition domain (or equivalent).
Professional network of candidates across sectors of expertise.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Regional experience based on region.
