Job Summary

Our government-owned bank client is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Private Banking team in delivering high-quality banking services to high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on relationship support, client servicing, and compliance with regulatory and governance standards in line with a government banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing private banking and high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and ongoing documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client transactions and requests.
  • Prepare client reports, portfolio summaries, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide professional and timely client support while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on agreed action items.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in private banking, relationship management, or client servicing roles.
  • Willingness to undergo the CISI certification/training program and successfully pass the required examinations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and professional approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively within a regulated, government banking environment.
