Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage domestic travel arrangements including hotels, transportation, and tour services.
  • Liaise and negotiate with local suppliers and service providers to confirm rates, availability, and service quality.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all bookings (online and offline).
  • Update and manage customer databases, booking logs, and tour schedules.
  • Support the contracting process with suppliers including rate collection, agreement follow-up, and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed terms and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel operations, reservations, or contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt's local destinations, hotel categories, and tourism activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal (English & Arabic).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours, especially during peak travel seasons
