Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team of F&B professionals within one of our well-known, stylish, concepts located in Dubai. A passion for food and beverage and a genuine ability to create and provide the ultimate guest experience will be the natural qualities of the best candidates for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including bar, service, hosting, and opening/closing procedures while supervising overall floor activities.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, preparation methods, and service standards are consistently maintained to achieve high guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage guest experience by handling feedback and complaints, supporting promotions and special events, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Lead and manage the team by recruiting, training, supervising, coaching, disciplining staff, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Maintain outlet profitability through payroll management, inventory control, stock monitoring, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports, manage POS systems, maintain documentation, and effectively use business software.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of full-service, fine or upper casual dining restaurant management experience within well-known brands in the UAE. Experience within homegrown concepts will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant F&B and/or hospitality management professional qualifications.
  • A vibrant, outgoing & dynamic personality combined with excellent communication skills in English.
  • A proven track record of meeting set targets.
  • A-grade customer orientation & service skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
