Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Riyadh. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, support staff hiring and training, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction, supervising processes, ensuring food and beverage standards are met, and effectively communicating with team members and customers to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Professional experience in Hiring and team management
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Relevant certifications or training in restaurant or hospitality management is a plus
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
