Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
. Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
. Supervise restaurant staff and support scheduling
. Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
. Monitor inventory, service standards, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

. Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Good understanding of service standards and guest experience
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Strong organizational and communication skills
. Excellent English communication
