Qualifications:- College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related Hospitality and Business Management course.
- Preferably holds a Food and Beverage Services NC II TESDA Certificate
- Minimum height of 5'7
- At least 2+ years in the food and beverage industry, specifically as an assistant restaurant manager of a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong multitasking abilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety (HACCP)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
Task Description:- Lead daily shifts to ensure fast, efficient service without compromising on quality.
- Coach Service Crew Members on hospitality skills and operational tasks to maintain high service standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager (RM) in stock management and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully, ensuring that every visitor leaves happier than they arrived.
