Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Doha, Qatar. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, assisting with hiring and training team members, monitoring inventory and supply levels, and collaborating with other managers to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The role also requires adherence to food safety standards and a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Excellent Communication skills and leadership abilities
• Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within the food service industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
