Role Description

Al Amal Plastic Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah.

The role involves supporting sales growth through managing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships within the retail and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop B2B client accounts
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities
• Monitor market trends within the plastic and packaging sector
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
• Support the achievement of sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Experience in the plastic industry is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage accounts independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
• Based in Jeddah
