Position: Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager Food Sales
Job location: Dubai
Salary: AED 12,000 + Commission + Company Car
Purpose and Scope of Position:
- Responsible for maximizing Sausage Kitchen revenue and profitability from a portfolio of accounts in Dubai. To sell the Sausage products of the Sausage Kitchen.
- Ensure consistent growth in all revenue-generating areas of Sausage Kitchen as well as achieving set targets.
- To respond to future changes in the department as may be required as by the hotel, industry and company.
- To strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), timings, code of conduct and deadlines set by the Head of Operations Sausage Kitchen.
- To meet clients, visiting Chefs, in-house guests at least once a week in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- To be customer focused in dealing with the client base.
- Practice efficient and effective account management at all times.
- Formulate quarterly action plans, periodic targets for your account portfolio for all revenue generating areas as well as formulation of a contingency action plan.
- Maintain a log of lost or regretted business as well as an effective trace system for follow-up actions in database.
- A detailed knowledge of all the facilities and products of the Sausage Kitchen.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the field of Food Sales (like sausages, cold cuts, poultry etc) preferred.
