Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and acting as the main coordination link between the Sales Manager and the sales team. This role requires strong sales background, leadership potential, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication bridge between the Sales Manager and the sales team.
- Follow up on sales targets and team performance.
- Organize sales reports, pipelines, and client data.
- Support in setting sales plans and strategies.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and sales activities.
- Assist in onboarding and guiding new sales team members.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve internal sales challenges.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in Sales (preferably in medical devices, laboratory tools, or related industry).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle reporting and performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
