For Logistica A DP World Company - Fayoum Warehouse

Job Purpose:

Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of all Security operations.

This role ensures the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities by enforcing Security policies, managing Security staff, coordinating with relevant authorities and responding to incidents effectively.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks:

• Assist in managing day-to-day Security operations across all company sites.
• Supervise surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Delegate duties to all staff within the department, ensuring adequate coverage at all times and prepare effective work schedules.
• Conduct regular and random patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate Security risks.
• Help in writing and developing Security policies and procedures for Security department according to the current events.
• Maintain the terms and regulations of various Security agreements and coordinate with the several departments to be applicable in proper manner.
• Analyze the performance of Security systems and prepare regular maintenance plans for each one to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare needed annual budget for all Security requirements, tools and Systems.
• Enforce company Security policies and procedures consistently and coordinate with relevant parties for proper implementation.
• Manage visits registration process and escort procedures.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond promptly to Security breaches, emergencies, and conduct investigations, gather evidence, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferable Law and police science or any related major.
• 7 10 years of experience in Security field.
• Skills of leadership, Problem solving, Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and respond to emergencies as required.
• Fully Conversant with Safety procedures.
• V. Good Command of English.
