The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
As Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while nurturing a culture of care and professionalism within the team.
- Support the overall management of Spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Spa team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist in driving revenue through treatments, retail, and guest engagement initiatives
- Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, turning moments into lasting impressions
- Oversee scheduling, stock control, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury spa or wellness environment
- A natural leader with a warm, approachable personality
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and guest expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest experiences
