We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Front Office Executive (Female) to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in the Gulf region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Senior Front Office candidate with strong customer service experience, preferably from hospitals, hotels, banks, or similar service-oriented industries
