Job Description:

A leading footwear retail brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.

- Background in the footwear or fashion retail industry is highly preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Residency: Candidates must be residents of Cairo, specifically in areas like Nasr City, Tagamoa (5th Settlement) , Katameya, or nearby districts.

- Previous experience using the Odoo ERP system is a strong plus.

- Immediate availability to join is a significant advantage, as it will greatly help with managing store shifts and covering day-offs.
