Assistant Store Manager - For Saudis only

Mission:

The Assistant Store Manager support the Store Manager in creating an environment that will provide a premium

consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programs to drive business results. They are

responsible to create, as well as maintain a long-term relationship with their customers so as to represent the store in a

positive manner and achieve sales goals while ensuring further business. They support the Store Manager to implement

actions to boost sales. As the brand's primary ambassadors, they welcome, serve and accompany the customers,

alongside their Sales Associates, maintaining exemplary behavior at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager.

▪ To support the store managers to increase the sales and profitability of the sales floor transmitting the daily sales

goals to the team members.

▪ To support the Store Manager to set the teams suitable targets and manage commercial activity.

▪ To driving and follow up of KPI's (ATV, UPT and conversion rate) and working with Linkage book.

▪ To guarantee the excellence of customer services throughout the team application of the 6 selling steps: Store

preparation, Welcome, Ask, Try it on, Close the sale, Happy Customer.

▪ To maximize sales opportunities by mastering the spontaneous approach, complementary sales through upselling

and cross selling, etc.

▪ To support the Store Manager in leading the team.

▪ To coordinate and supervises the daily activities of business support staff.

▪ To lead by example in service guaranteeing excellent service and building a customer database.

▪ To support the Store Manager to understand the competitive environment and identify opportunities for

commercial development.

▪ To support the Store Manager to determine daily priorities, challenges, zoning etc.

▪ To participate actively in the implementation and success of the sales campaigns that galvanize the store.

▪ To support the Store Manager in the development of the team and motivate it; to ensure that the team know well

our products and services, history, visual merchandising, sales, etc. to create a work environment conducive to

hitting sales targets.

▪ To manage timetables according to teams needs and restrictions.

▪ To be responsible for ensuring that established strategies and procedures are respected and that daily operations

are correctly carried out, whether in front- or back-office.

▪ Support the Store Manager in the organization and conduction of the Team Meetings, weekly meetings etc.

▪ Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and the goods presentation (display cases, counters and furniture) and

cleanup.

▪ To Support the Store Manager to ensure that the different services are offered to the customer on a regular basis

(repairs, exchange, gift vouchers, postal delivery etc.)

▪ To be alert at all times to prevent potential theft and minimise this risk.

▪ To support the Store Manager to ensure that the stock levels are in accordance with the store needs.

▪ To support the Store Manager in the organization and conduction of the inventory.

▪ To transfer of Brand values to the team.

▪ To know the market, trends, and future opportunities.
