Role:
Lead and coordinate the technical development of architectural projects with a strong focus on BIM-driven multidisciplinary coordination across all design stages (Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM coordination using Revit, ensuring full integration between Architectural, Structural, MEP, and ID disciplines.
- Oversee all technical aspects of projects across Schematic, Detailed, and IFC stages.
- Manage and mentor architects, BIM coordinators, and technical staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver fully coordinated design packages.
- Review and validate drawings, specifications, and BOQs for compliance with codes and project scope.
- Organize and lead technical coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Strong understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction documentation.
