Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and plans to elevate the Life business and secure a leading market position. Collaborate with the Vice President in developing and managing Life business strategies. Monitor the quality of the Investment-linked Policies (ILP) business by tracking persistency rates and other key metrics to ensure business integrity. Support strategic updates on life product development through workshops and sales kit creations. Improve the knowledge and skills of representatives regarding Life business products. Enhance sales activities and opportunities for representatives in the Life sector. Organize regular updates on fund performance, economic outlooks, and sales metrics for team engagement. Conduct product clinics to address inquiries and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years experience in Life Insurance across Agency, Bancassurance, or Financial Advisory. At least 3 years experience in Life Distribution focusing on Business Development or as a Product Trainer. Familiarity with Life Products, particularly Investment-linked Policies (ILP), is preferred. Demonstrate high integrity, accountability, and strong teamwork attitude. Proactive in initiating improvements and adaptable to change.
