Job Title: Senior Wellness Manager

Reports to: Cluster Director of Spa and Wellness

Works closely with: Senior Wellness Manager

Role Purpose

The Assistant Wellness Manager supports the coordination and execution of wellness programming across both properties, while also helping establish the operational structure of the spa and wellness department. The role ensures smooth implementation of wellness activities and maintains operational standards.

This position is designed as a development role toward Spa Manager within approximately one year.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Programming Coordination

• Coordinate wellness programming with the Senior Wellness Manager.
• Support scheduling and organization of wellness activities across both properties.
• Assist in planning workshops, classes, and guest wellness experiences.

Guest Experience

• Engage with guests through wellness consultations and activities.
• Deliver wellness sessions where required.

Operational Structure

• Help establish SOPs, service standards, and wellness procedures.
• Ensure wellness activities are properly scheduled and coordinated with spa operations.

Team Coordination

• Work with Wellness Supervisors to ensure spa operations align with wellness programming.
• Support staff training related to wellness experiences.

Administrative Support

• Assist with reporting, activity schedules, and wellness program planning.
