Position Overview:
LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an Arabic first Associate Account Director- a client servicing champion with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strategic thinker on marketing communications and a budding opinion leader for the agency's integrated client engagement; to skillfully lead and drive forward its growing portfolio of strategic, government and retail organizations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years managerial experience in agencies within the UAE/ Middle East region, for integrated, Creative and/ or social media assignments is mandatory
- Rich experience and a successfultrack recordwith digital or social media first engagements
- Keen interest and initiative at display for P&L management, teamleadershipand Account wins
- Managed and nurtured stakeholder relations at marketing leadership, executive leadership level
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelineson a daily basis
- Entrepreneurial and is constantly looking for business growth and development opportunities
- Has a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himselfon a daily basis
- Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-pacedand young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours on social media requirements; is willing to take up all-round business tasks as part of the team; team player; Agency experience is preferable
- Fluent and particular of the use of English and Arabic grammar; Can/ has written English prose flawlessly for social media posts
- Constant learner,listenerand reader; is always looking to upgrade social media, contentwritingand other support skills
- Is a Jack of all trades; open to learning new software/ platforms to supplement his/her creative skills
- Has a proven record of pitch leadershipand Account wins
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account Ownership - Directly build and grow value relationships, manage andretainKey Clients/ Decision makers and influencers; for agency accounts in Creative/ Social/ Digital.
- Commercial - Has the ability with a proven success record to drive the account business portfolio towards business targets - revenue and bottom line
- Team Leadership - Supervise a team of managers and executives - account, community, short form content/ interface with the creative teams, and interns to ensure 360 service delivery on social media management - client strategy, shoot operations, creative direction, platform strategy, posting operations, communitygrowth and managementand reporting
- Creative - Provide creative judgement for the agencyaccounts, andget buy-in for clients. Build style guide/ voice & tone
- Operations - Ensuretimelyscheduling/ posting/ community response of social media plans
- Deliverables & Performance - Ensure the account deliverables and KPIs for brands are met on a monthly & Quarterly level on a first-person responsible basis.
- An ambassador of the agency and its values, internally and externally or social media first engagements
