What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end brand strategy and performance across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strong consumer relevance.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for brand launches, menu innovations, and seasonal campaigns, aligned with consumer insights and market demand.
  • Drive data-led decision making by analyzing sales, conversion, ratings, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize brand performance on delivery aggregators in partnership with Customer Success and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Chefs, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and Product to translate brand strategy into executable plans.
  • Co-own menu and product roadmaps with the Chef squad, focusing on menu engineering, quality, and consistency.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and category trends to continuously refine positioning and execution.
  • Own the brand calendar and performance reviews, ensuring learnings are applied to future launches and optimizations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing, or commercial roles within the F&B, hospitality, or consumer sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into brand strategies.
  • Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, operations, culinary, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and continuous improvement approach.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
