Job Description Summary
The Associate Business Assistant assist more senior Business Assistants in performing basic clerical and administrative duties for the team and its members .- which includes handling correspondence, records and filing, answering and/or responding to telephone calls, reception duties (as needed), and any other clerical responsibilities deemed necessary for the efficient running of their reporting area .- in order to ensure seamless and efficient administrative support for the assigned business area.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents and files ensuring all information is uptodate and easily accessible
- Help organize and schedule meetings appointments and events as directed by supervisors ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently
- Support team members by responding to basic inquiries and providing information as needed
- File and organize physical and digital documents systematically maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies and placing orders in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely recording of information into the companys database systems
- Support the reception area by answering calls greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Minimum Education Required
Completion of high school certificate 12 years, 2 years diploma is preferred
Professional Certifications Required

Up to 2 years experience in the clerical field
