Job Purpose:

• Reporting to the ELV / Electrical Director, this position is to lead a team of ELV engineers to ensure successful design management and stakeholder engagement. The individual shall represent the Firm in all interactions with consultants, architects, contractors, and other project team stakeholders working to improve/develop technical approach to specific market segments. Develop technical pre-eminence. Ensure technical quality on projects. Participate extensively at an expert senior technical level role on the design review of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and improve overall technical execution/process.
• Develop and Improve technical approach to specific market segments.
• Have a strong participation in Technical Leadership Committee (TLC) to coordinate with other technical leaders in development of the general technical standards.
• Build relationship with technical vendors and build compliance with local design requirements
• Ensure technical quality on projects and ensure smart technical concepts are implemented on the projects.
• Participate extensively as part of the design review team on projects, and own technical leadership of projects.
• Peer reviewing and checking of ICT/ELV reports and drawings to ensure quality of output.
• Provide high level technical expertise when applying ICT/ELV engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
• Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
• Be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• 10+ years experience of relevant experience in design and delivery of projects.
• Ability to communicate well with Architect/Consultants; maintain and follow-up with client satisfaction
• Possess advanced knowledge of ICT & ELV systems
• Possess detailed knowledge of equipment from various manufacturers within the ELV field
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of engineers
• Possess advanced knowledge of systems designs for various projects
• Possess detailed knowledge of specification writing
• Possess solid knowledge of applicable ELV codes and standards
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
