Associate Director, Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of M&A, DCM, and ECM transactions
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks
• Build complex financial models for valuation and analysis
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research
• Participate in transaction due diligence and data room management
• Liaise with clients and support senior bankers on client mandates
• Prepare client presentations and handle deal execution administrative tasks
• Supervise and manage interns as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• M&A transaction experience is an advantage
