We are seeking a high-impact Associate Director, Learning Solutions (Clinical & Non-Clinical), to lead enterprise-wide education and capability-building initiatives across our clinical and corporate workforce. This is a commercially oriented leadership role, focused on driving efficiency, productivity, and measurable business outcomes through learning.
You will own the strategy and execution of a multidisciplinary learning portfolio that supports thousands of clinicians, leaders, and professionals across PureHealth's ecosystem ensuring the right skills, at the right time, delivered in the most efficient and scalable way.
What You'll Do:
Lead an Enterprise Learning Portfolio with Commercial Focus
- Own and scale a comprehensive portfolio of clinical, leadership, and non-clinical education programs, aligned to PureHealth's growth and transformation agenda.
- Design and deliver a future-ready learning strategy that improves workforce productivity, operational efficiency, and capability depth.
- Optimize learning delivery models to reduce cost, eliminate duplication, and maximize return on investment.
- Embed digital, blended, and technology-enabled learning solutions to scale impact across geographies.
- Maximize utilization of medical faculty, residents, and funded learning resources, driving both capability outcomes and revenue opportunities.
Set Enterprise Standards for Quality, Governance & Consistency
- Establish and lead a robust learning governance framework covering clinical and non-clinical education.
- Define enterprise-wide standards for curriculum design, assessment, accreditation, and delivery quality.
- Partner with Education, HR, Operations, and Business leaders to ensure learning investments deliver tangible performance outcomes.
- Position PureHealth as a regional benchmark for multidisciplinary education excellence.
Drive Measurable Outcomes Through Data & Analytics
- Lead outcomes-based measurement frameworkslinking learning to performance, productivity, and organizational impact.
- Use analytics to inform investment decisions, prioritize high-value programs, and continuously optimize delivery.
- Clearly articulate learning ROI through executive-level reporting and insights.
Influence, Partner & Enable Change
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, clinicians, and functional heads on workforce capability and future skills.
- Influence without direct authority in a matrixed, multi-entity environment, driving adoption of shared standards and best practices.
- Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across PureHealth's local and international network.
What You Bring
Education: Education
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
- Clinical background or strong exposure to healthcare environments is an advantage, but not essential.
Experience:
- 810 years of experience leadinglarge-scale, enterprise learning or capability-building portfolios in healthcare or complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing both clinical and non-clinical education programs.
- Strong track record in improving efficiency, scalability, and workforce productivity through learning.
- Proven ability to operate commercially managing budgets, prioritizing investments, and delivering ROI.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.
Technical Strengths:
- Expertise in digital learning ecosystems, LMS/LXP platforms, instructional design, and learning analytics.
- Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Strong program management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
