Job Description
- Lead and manage complex construction disputes, claims and arbitrations
- Draft, review and negotiate settlement agreements and dispute documentation
- Advise on contractual risk across major construction and development projects
- Support PPP, joint venture and consortium arrangements from a legal perspective
- Work closely with senior leadership, project teams and external counsel
- Provide pragmatic legal input during live project execution
- Contribute to dispute avoidance strategies and claims management processes
The Successful Applicant
- 4-6 years post‑qualification experience in contentious construction law
- Background in a well‑regarded private practice law firm within the GCC
- Strong experience handling construction claims, disputes and arbitrations
- Exposure to large‑scale development or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of contractual risk management and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with KSA regulations and relevant Sharia law principles
- Admitted or eligible to practise in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
