Description
* Develop and execute comprehensive investment attraction strategies aligned with the Giga project's masterplan and economic goals.
* Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-potential investors, developers, operators, and institutional partners from local, regional, and international markets.
* Coordinate and participate in investor roadshows, forums, and high-level meetings to promote investment opportunities across sectors such as hospitality, retail, entertainment, residential, and infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (master planning, legal, finance, development) to structure compelling investment propositions and commercial offerings.
* Lead the end-to-end investment process including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and onboarding of partners.
* Prepare high-quality investment briefs, financial models, business cases, and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive landscapes to refine targeting strategies and enhance the project's value proposition.
* Act as a key liaison between investors and internal departments to ensure alignment on development timelines, commercial terms, and delivery.
Job Offer

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate; Master's or MBA preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in investment promotion, real estate development, corporate finance, or economic development - ideally with exposure to Giga projects or large-scale mixed-use developments.
* Strong network of regional and international investors and operators in real estate and related sectors.
* Proven track record of structuring and closing investment deals or public-private partnerships.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
