Our client is seeking a Delivery Projects Director to lead the full execution and handover of landmark developments, including luxury residences and 5-star hotels. Position Overview:

As the Delivery Projects Director, you will oversee the full delivery lifecycle of high-end mixed-use and hospitality developments, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards. You will manage third-party project management companies, coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensure approved designs are implemented effectively throughout execution. The role also requires strong experience in luxury hotel and residential developments, with a focus on quality assurance, operator requirements, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; Master's degree or PMP is an advantage.
• 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale mixed-use and hospitality developments.
• Proven track record managing 5-star hotel projects and luxury residential developments from start to finish.
• Strong experience in project delivery, construction oversight, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and final handover.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
