Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Fashion Designer based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Fashion Designer will be responsible for assisting with the creation, design, and development of fashion collections, ensuring trends are incorporated into designs. Day-to-day tasks involve working with textiles, creating detailed embroidery designs, organizing fitting sessions, and supporting various stages of garment production. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and market-ready designs is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong sense of aesthetics and trends
- Experience with Embroidery and Textiles techniques
- Knowledge of Fitting processes and garment construction
- Understanding of the fashion industry and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a relevant field preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus
