Associate Plng & Perf Mgmt Analyst
Education Levels: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline with minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4. Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) would be beneficial.
Experience: Three (3) years relevant experience is required with knowledge and understanding of management accounting and finance.
Skills:
- Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to take on a diverse range of tasks.
- Capability of producing quality written reports and presentations.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Powerpoint are required.
- Knowledge of database applications, data management applications and data communication and presentation tools would be beneficial.
Languages: Excellent command of oral & written English.
- Provide support for other Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) analysts in developing analytical findings & recommendations related to regular P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis and accountability reporting.
- Conduct a variety of ad-hoc studies on items such as business case analysis, internal and external benchmarking, risk analysis, company financial analysis, corporate processes and workflows and the development of digital and AI process advances in the P&PM area.
- Develop and make reports and presentations covering regular P&PM tasks.
- Provide analytical support to more senior personnel across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization.
