A top-tier US law firm in the UAE is seeking a specialist Funds Associate (2-4 years PQE) to join its leading investment funds practice.

This is a rare opportunity to work within a high-performing, internationally recognised team advising on sophisticated fund formations, structuring, and regulatory matters across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and alternative asset classes. The work is complex, cross-border, and driven by a premium global client base.

Candidates must be UK qualified, with strong UK funds experience gained at a leading international firm. Regional experience is preferred, but a solid UK funds background is essential.

You will work closely with market-leading Partners on headline mandates, with direct exposure to sponsors, institutional investors, and sovereign-backed platforms. The team operates on a lean, partner-led structure, ensuring high levels of responsibility, client interaction, and meaningful technical involvement from day one.
