Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Associate to join our Human Capital team!

The Associate-Human Capital (Payroll & HR Operations) supports end-to-end Human Capital operations with a primary focus on payroll administration, HR systems management, recruitment support, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role requires advanced MS Excel skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, validation, allowances, deductions, overtime, and coordination with Finance and external payroll providers.
  • Maintain, update, and monitor employee records within ERP and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, CV screening support, interview scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal HC policies, and regulatory requirements in all HR operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, coordination with internal stakeholders, and employee queries.
  • Maintain HC trackers related to leave, attendance, contracts, visas, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Act as a point of support for employee queries related to payroll, HR systems, and general HC processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of HC operational activities.

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll processes and payroll inputs
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience working with ERP systems in an HR or payroll environment
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficient in English

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Capital operations, payroll, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration in the UAE
  • Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HC compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting recruitment and hiring processes
  • Experience working with HRIS, ERP platforms
  • Strong experience in preparing HR and payroll reports using MS Excel
  • Exposure to employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience working in a corporate or regulated environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in payroll and data-driven tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present clear, structured reports to stakeholders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive problem-solving and strong follow-up capability
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
