Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He/ She will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting case preparation, and managing case files. Responsibilities include engaging in client consultations, monitoring legal deadlines, attending court proceedings under supervision, and supporting senior legal staff in litigation and advisory matters. The candidate will also contribute to maintaining compliance with UAE legal frameworks and upholding firm's values of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and application of UAE law, including understanding of Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, and Employment Law
• Skills in Legal Research, Case Preparation, and Legal Drafting
• Proficiency in Document Review, Analysis, and Contract Drafting
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic will be a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple caseloads simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior lawyers and perform responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, UAE legal qualifications or experience preferred
• Licensed to practice law in the UAE or eligibility to register with the UAE Bar Association is advantageous.
