Job Description

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for leading treasury operations by monitoring cash positions, analyzing funding needs, and managing bank relationships to ensure liquidity, optimize capital usage, and maintain Remat's financial stability and compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor Remat's daily cash flow and liquidity levels by analyzing inflows, outflows, and operational requirements to ensure sufficient funding for obligations while minimizing idle balances.
  • Develop and refine cash management procedures by preparing controls, checking compliance, and identifying improvement needs to help safeguard assets and optimize working capital efficiency.
  • Oversee analyzing short and long‑term funding needs by ensuring financial forecasts are gathered, evaluating loan and credit facility options, and reviewing market instruments to support sustainable financing decisions.
  • Ensure preparing and analyzing Prepare and analyze cash position reports by tracking balances, comparing against forecasts, and identifying variances to ensure alignment with operational, investment, and financing requirements.
  • Manage operational interactions with banks by coordinating requests, clarifying documentation needs, and supporting negotiations to maintain strong banking relationships and secure favorable service conditions.
  • Ensure treasury compliance by checking adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and reporting standards to protect Remat from financial risks and ensure transparent disclosures.
  • Participate in the development of the section's business plans according to the department's objectives.
  • Prepare treasury dashboards and insights by analyzing liquidity trends, funding metrics, and capital indicators to guide senior leadership in financial planning and capital allocation decisions.

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, or equivalent, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, or any related field.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
