Job Description:
Facilitate and support some scrum events such as Daily Scrum.
Help product leaders in maintaining product backlog.
Working with product team to resolve obstacles and impediments.
Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization
Assist in software testing and technical writing where required.
Provide technical product support by resolving any reported issues and helping users properly use the system.
Coordinate product related initiatives including the new product introduction process and user training.
Job Qualifications:
Related previous working experience for a maximum of 1-2 years.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, BIS or related fields.
Excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge/experience in software testing and technical support.
Knowledge/experience in T-SQL and Database development.
Solid understanding and experience in RESTful APIs is a plus.
Knowledge in UX/UI is a plus.
