Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, and Business stakeholders to drive program outcomes and contribute to our customers end-to-end shopping and delivery experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end program management of initiatives across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation workstreams, ensuring timely delivery against defined milestones.
- Track program health by monitoring key metrics, identifying risks, and escalating blockers to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables, facilitating regular syncs and status updates.
- Assist in defining program goals, success metrics, and mechanisms to measure impact of initiatives on customer experience and business outcomes.
- Prepare clear and concise program updates, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews and team communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support data gathering and analysis to inform program decisions and track progress against goals.

About the team
Our team focuses on improving the customer experience across the end-to-end shopping and delivery journey. We work on programs that drive basket building to increase units per purchase, optimize consolidation to improve delivery efficiency, and enhance the overall delivery experience for our customers. We are a collaborative, data-driven team that values ownership, innovation, and customer obsession.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or above in Operations, Business, Project Management or Engineering
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance and/or consulting
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
