Associate Sales Director Off Plan to help scale this department into a market-leading operation.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue across our Off Plan portfolio while building and managing a high-performing team of consultants. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will design and execute the off-plan sales strategy, develop talent, and establish systems that support sustainable, scalable growth
Key Responsibilities
Off Plan Sales Strategy & Revenue
- Lead the overall off-plan sales strategy in alignment with company growth objectives
- Build and manage strong relationships with key developers and project partners
- Drive revenue through strategic deal structuring, pricing strategies, and pipeline management
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise conversion and sales velocity
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing off-plan sales team
- Coach consultants on deal structuring, negotiation, and developer relations
- Implement KPIs, performance frameworks, and commission structures
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with off-plan project launches
- Collaborate with Training & Development to ensure consultants are market-ready
- Maintain compliance with RERA, developer requirements, and brokerage standards
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and growth planning for the off-plan division
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales
- Proven track record of leading high-performing off-plan teams
- Strong developer network and market knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams and build sales structures
- Strategic, commercially minded, and highly organised
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
