Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities)
- Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
- CyberArk PAM & Sectona PAM - Full lifecycle management of Privileged Access, including vault architecture, account boarding, and session security.
- Proofpoint Web & Email Security - Complete operational ownership of email and web protection, including gateway management, threat defense, and filtering policies.
- Operational Support: Provide support in handling identity and messaging solutions in a support or operational capacity.
- Support the project cycle under guidance:
- Data Gathering & Documentation - Support the collection of requirements and the update of technical design documents.
- Deployment & Testing - Assist in deploying PAM and Email security agents and configuring policies.
- Handover - Assist in training customer teams on basic solution management.
- Technical Fundamentals: Maintain a deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles, networking, and system administration.
- Continuous Learning: Be proactive in learning and training on new identity or messaging security solutions as required by the market.
- Maintenance: Perform regular health checks for existing deployments and maintain detailed documentation for known issues.
