Job Description
Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to evaluate the attractiveness of potential investments.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials to support investment recommendations.
Participate in due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to support the transaction execution process, including deal structuring and negotiation.
Mentorship of junior team members
The Successful Applicant
Must be based in the GCC already
Will have a total of 4-9 years of relevant work experience - this will be entirely at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank, or a combination of previously being at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank and now a Top Tier Private Equity Firm
Will have deal experience (M&A) within the energy/renewables/power/teleco/industrials sector, having worked on multiple transactions
Will have an excellent academic track record from top-tier institutions
