About Our Client

Job Description
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to evaluate the attractiveness of potential investments.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials to support investment recommendations.
- Participate in due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to support the transaction execution process, including deal structuring and negotiation.
- Mentorship of junior team members
The Successful Applicant
- Must be based in the GCC already
- Will have a total of 4-9 years of relevant work experience - this will be entirely at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank, or a combination of previously being at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank and now a Top Tier Private Equity Firm
- Will have deal experience (M&A) within the energy/renewables/power/teleco/industrials sector, having worked on multiple transactions
- Will have an excellent academic track record from top-tier institutions
