We're currently supporting a very prestigious Abu Dhabi based, client-side organisation in their search for an Associate Soft Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly regarded company and to work in a prestigious Abu Dhabi location, The successful individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards and overseeing premium soft services and front-of-house operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Approximately 8 years of experience in corporate services, hospitality, or operations, preferably within government entities or high-end hotel environments.
- Proven track record in managing VIPs, senior delegations, and protocol-driven engagements.
- Strong professional presence with the ability to represent the organization to the highest standards.
- Demonstrated experience in leading front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor experience, and service provider coordination.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders while handling complex logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house and visitor experience operations, ensuring a seamless and premium service environment.
- Plan, lead, and execute VIP visits and official engagements in full alignment with protocol standards.
- Manage and coordinate service providers, including reception staff, chauffeurs, and PROs, to ensure operational excellence.
- Uphold exceptional service standards while maintaining a high-quality, professional office ambiance across all touchpoints.
