Senior Manager - Service Support
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
Candidate should be willing to work on field at customer premises
Candidate should be willing to work on Hardware deployments, parts replacement at customer premises
Candidate will shadow Senior Members of the team for Onsite visits and collaborate to gain Hands-On knowledge
Candidate will work primarily on HPE & Dell Servers, Storage, Tape Library, Hyperconverged Infrastructure hardware.
Render support and Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
