Day to day, you'll be:
- Running your own consultations wellness checks, sick patients, second opinions, and building genuine long-term client relationships
- Performing surgeries routine desexing, soft tissue procedures, dentals, and other cases appropriate to your experience and interests
- Interpreting diagnostics in-house blood work, imaging, cytology, and using AI-powered decision-support tools to enhance clinical accuracy
- Developing and presenting treatment plans to clients clearly, compassionately, and with full autonomy over your clinical recommendations
- Managing inpatient cases and collaborating with the nursing team on patient care and recovery
- Participating in case reviews and clinical development sessions led by the Clinical Director
- Contributing to the development of clinical protocols and best practices as the network grows
