The Associate Creative Director / Junior Creative Director will work closely with theCreative Directorand theother Associate Creative Directorsto drive creative execution across projects. The role ishands-onandleadership-focused, with direct responsibility for thequality and final outcomes of all printing and digital assets. All work must align with the brand identity, event guidelines, and overall creative vision.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and the other Associate Creative Director to develop and execute creative concepts across events and campaigns
- Take full responsibility for thefinal outcome of all print and digital assets, from concept to production
- Behands-on in creation, refinement, and executionof creative work, not limited to oversight only
- Oversee internal creative teams and freelancers, providing clear direction and actionable feedback
- Ensure all deliverables strictly follow brand identity, event guidelines, and quality standards
- Review, approve, and finalize creative assets prior to production and release
- Work closely with event team, production, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and consistency
- Manage timelines and ensure creative outputs are delivered on schedule and to brief
- Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum5 years of experience in the event industrywith a strong creative portfolio
- Proven experience delivering high-qualityprint and digital assets
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on creative execution
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for final output
- Experience managing teams and freelancers effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
