Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in the
forex or financial services industry to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for
developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support our global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and paid media to drive client acquisition and engagement.
- Create and manage compelling content (blogs, videos, social posts) to promote trading solutions, platform features, and market insights.
- Optimize marketing campaigns using SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools to improve ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the use of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance campaign efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience in forex, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, paid media, social media platforms).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader) and financial data tools (Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for website updates and data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
